Yes you can! However, we hope you’ll stay with us for a long time in a profitfull  relatioship. Still, if you want to cancel, you can do so at any time.

Under a account you can have only one website, if you have more than onesite, please contact us.

 

We will always try to make the best with the hours you have, but if needed you can hire extra hours at $25.00 / hour.

As many as you want, the limit is the hours you use!

Yes, in every ticket you submit that needs our intervention on your website there’s an allocated time of 10 minutes.

If it’s emergency we will work on your website ASAP (usually we will give you a first answer in  minutes by phone or email/chat) , if you have support requests that are not urgent we will tell you what is the estimated time ( it can go from 30 minutes to 24 hours )

 

Yes, without that it’s not possible to fix issues in your WordPress / WooCommerce website. You’ll need to create an admin user for us, and we will install a plugin that will keep track of changes any user makes.

Hell no!! There are more than 60k plugins for WordPress jus in the WordPress repository. If you find someone that will say that he knows all of them… please don’t trust them!
Nevertheless the plugins are all written in the same language PHP, so we’ll do our best to understand your website’s plugins!
